Active Mindfulness Retreat 2017

Competition, criticism, worthlessness, superiority, stress, greed, saintliness, reactive behaviors, problems…  We tossed all these in the garbage bin!!! For 8 days we experienced the gifts of an intensive awareness process coming back into the center of our existence and experiencing responding instead of reacting facing life.
