If you want to live a full life, you need to get to know your potential and your true self. Mediation is the way to do so. It is the methodology of science and self-consciousness. Meditation is the greatest adventure you can experience in life.

In general, most of us are led and dominated by our thoughts and emotions. Eventually, we tend to indentify with these thoughts and emotions. Meditation is the condition of just being without any interventions from the body or the mind. It is a natural situation which we have all experienced as kids but have forgotten practicing it. Study the look in the eyes of a kid and you will see the innocence and peace hidden in it. These are the qualities meditation can offer you now that you are not a kid anymore. Meditation is the acceptance that you are not your thoughts, you are not your mind or your feelings.

Contrary to common belief, meditation is not against, activity. It is not escaping from life. It just teaches people a new way to live. Your life goes on more intensively, with a lot more joy and creativity while remaining peaceful inside. You keep on with your activities but you are no longer the one who acts but the one who observes. This is the secret of meditation – taking the position of the observer while acting.
