The meditation techniques we use give you the opportunity to dissolve the tensions that prevent you from sitting silent and observing the mind, which is the creator of all the problems. Quite simple and effective, these techniques require minimum interaction among the participants while the massive energy of the group helps each one of you to move on deeper into your own personal procedure, conquer a deeper understanding on the issues you confront and face your life situations from a wiser perspective.
The all-day meditative retreats are held on Sundays and include apart from meditation techniques, experiential therapeutic exercises, sharing among the participants, discussion on major aspects of life and sometimes supportive audiovisual material.
