The Mystic Pathway to Love retreat just came to its end leaving in all of us valuable imprints into our heart and our consciousness: a radical understanding on our emotions, a life-altering experience of embracing and expressing our feelings instead of suppressing them and on top of all, a clear inner direction towards which real love is. Competition, criticism, worthlessness, superiority, stress, greed, saintliness, reactive behaviors, problems… We tossed all these in the garbage bin!!! For 8 days we experienced the gifts of an intensive awareness process coming back into the center of our existence and experiencing responding instead of reacting facing life.
